Im in need of expert help in trying to resolve an intermittent tendency that my quadcopter has to over correct whenever I release the control sticks to come to a stop from any flight movement in any direction. The flight behavior is not present all the time but rather comes and goes with no apparent cause. Whenever the over-correction starts it will trigger a violent wobble which has resulted in three crashes. Below are some details of my setup:

Aerobros T41 long-range quadcopter X4 configuration
Pixhawk 2.1/Here GPS with Copter V3.4.6 (It also happened with Copter V3.5 RC2)
TMotor Antigravity 4006-380KV
TMotor 17"x5.8 props (Also tried 16x5.4 props, same results)
Hobbywing Xrotor Micro 35A 6S ESC's (BLHeli 13.2)
Custom 6S6P battery pack made using NCR18650GA cells (21A constant draw at 1C) battery is actually capable of 63A constant draw.

The crash happened after successfully tuning both the Roll/Pitch axis using autotune one axis at a time. The autotune flights for Roll/Pitch were completed without any issues. The crash took place after finishing Autotuning the Yaw axis, once I got the completion beep I was flying backwards towards my location and when I got close I let go of the sticks and that's when the wobble started progressively getting more violent until the quad flipped and crashed.
